Your new companyMy client is a world leading specialist university based in the heart of London. They are looking for a Temporary Graduate Admissions Administrator to join them ASAP until 30th April initially, and they are operating a hybrid model. Your new roleProviding a call centre type triage service for applicants and offer holders. Your job is to direct callers to existing resources or functionality and, where onward referral is required, to direct the caller to the functionality they should use (email us) or to create a case in our Salesforce system so that urgent cases can be dealt with by a more experienced member of the team. You will also be responding to enquiries via our case management CRM, ensuring a friendly, efficient and professional service is upheld as well as undertaking adhoc tasks administrative tasks as required.What you'll need to succeedFluent English speaker (you will be on the phone speaking to people who will often have English as a second language). Educated to degree level (so that you are familiar with the universities). Confident (you will start with no knowledge…and you need to be able to close down calls) and thick-skinned (you will not be able to help everyone). Quick learner (95% of the answers can be found online). SITS and Salesforce experience a bonus.What you'll get in returnA temporary contract working for a leading university until April - the option to work in a hybrid capacity is a possibility, but you will have to operate using your own laptop. The working pattern is 9am-5pm.
