Location: England, Greater London, Peckham

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £21 - £21 per hour

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Repair and replace equipment, fixtures, and fittings in buildings
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or building occupants
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work

• Proven experience as a handyperson or similar role
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
• Vocational training in maintenance or related field is desirable

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a handyperson or maintenance role

• Strong practical skills in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

• Relevant certifications in maintenance or trade skills

• Work is primarily indoors but may involve some outdoor tasks
• May be required to work on weekends or evenings based on maintenance needs
• Physical stamina and strength are necessary for lifting and carrying heavy objects
