Reed HR are working alongside a Not for Profit Organisation based in South West London who are urgently recruiting for a Temporary HR & Pension Officer for initially 3 months. 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented HR, Payroll & Pension Data Input Specialist to join a busy HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data input related to pay and pensions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. This role requires excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with pensions and NEST is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data for pay and pensions into our systems.
  • Maintain and update records with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with pensions and NEST is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • The current postholder will be leaving on 13th March, so an aim to have the new hire start by 10th March to allow for a smooth handover.
  • This role is based full-time in the office
