HR Administrator - 6 month temporary contract to start mid April 2025
A wonderful opportunity to join the HR operations team for approx 6 months on a temporary contract, from mid April until the end of September 2025. This temporary role pays an hourly rate of between £13.50-£15.00 per hour plus holiday pay. Hours 9:30- 17:30, Monday to Friday. Fridays can be remote working, otherwise based in their offices close to St Johns Wood Station.
Working closely with the highly experienced Payroll advisor, you will be assisting with the contracting, payroll and pensions processes. This is a short term contract to support additional seasonal workload. Where time allows, you could be assisting the wider team with other HR operational tasks. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong payroll operations experience. Have a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach, and be well organised. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting contracts and supporting documents, uploading to DocuSign for signature
- Updating trackers and HR systems
- Terminating the additional hires at the end of the season from HR systems and payroll
- Keeping employee files up to date
Other additional responsibilities can include:
- Starters and Change letters and updating tracking systems
- General payroll input
- Processing consultancy appointments including IR35 set up, contracts and updating tracking systems
- Assisting with diary and meeting management
- Updating e-filing
