Your new companyYou will be working for a well established technology company in London.This role will operate on a fully remote basis.Your new roleYou will be working as a Temporary HR Operations Coordinator for an initial period of 3 months however there is potential for this role to become permanent.You will play a pivotal role in onboarding, employment lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance checks, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Additionally, you will oversee the People and Culture ticketing system, ensuring employee queries are resolved efficiently.Some duties will include:Onboarding and Employment Checks

  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including employment, DBS, and right-to-work checks.
  • Administer sponsorship-related documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Support monthly payroll processes by preparing accurate data and liaising with payroll providers.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely enrolment, updates, and communication to staff.

HR Administrative Support

  • Provide support across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update HR systems with accurate employee data.
  • Prepare and manage employment documentation, such as contracts, letters, and policies.

People and Culture Ticketing System

  • Manage the People and Culture ticketing system, ensuring all employee queries are handled in line with SLA targets.
  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to improve the employee experience and address concerns effectively.

Data and Reporting

  • Manage and report on HR data, including headcount, turnover, and absence metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection standards in all HR data management.

Policies and Compliance

  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping and proactive monitoring.
