We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Exec Director of Responsive Repairs to take the helm of the Responsive Repairs team for approx. 1 year within a local authority. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for steering our responsive maintenance service, over-seeing operations, driving performance, and ensuring we deliver high-quality services to our residents.

This is not a role for the faint-hearted. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, lead through change, and bring fresh energy and insight to a team undergoing transformation.

Key responsibilities include:
