Japanese speaking Sales Administrator - What You'll be Doing:

  • This role involves supporting sales and marketing, arranging shipments, coordinating logistics, processing shipping documents and processing accounts data using SAP.
  • Coordinating the importing, exporting and storage of goods
  • Administration of sales notes, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices
  • Data entry into SAP
  • Ensuring accurate stock control
  • Monitoring credit control and ensuring customer payments are received on time
  • Monitoring credit limits, forex booking balance

Japanese speaking Sales Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience of import/export and logistics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accurate and proven numerical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines
