Duties:

  • Conduct client onboarding and periodic reviews.
  • Obtain and maintain Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, fee agreements, and other due diligence information.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Foster trusted relationships with clients to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance to front-office colleagues on onboarding policies and account initiation.
  • Proactively resolve queries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support training and guidance to staff on client onboarding procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in client due diligence and independent searches.
  • Familiarity with AML regulations and interpretation of associated policies.
  • Working knowledge of third-party global information sources for client due diligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communicator and multitasker.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
