Duties:
- Conduct client onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Obtain and maintain Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, fee agreements, and other due diligence information.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Foster trusted relationships with clients to streamline the onboarding process.
- Provide guidance to front-office colleagues on onboarding policies and account initiation.
- Proactively resolve queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Support training and guidance to staff on client onboarding procedures.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in client due diligence and independent searches.
- Familiarity with AML regulations and interpretation of associated policies.
- Working knowledge of third-party global information sources for client due diligence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communicator and multitasker.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
