3-6 months temporary assignment ***Immediate start**** £13-15ph hybrid

I am recruiting a contractor for a company based near London Bridge. They urgently require a temp to cover a leaver in the L&D team. Working in a small team of L&D professionals, you will provide administration support to the L&D Director and Programme Manager, supporting the internal learning programmes for employees

Primary duties include:

  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers to plan and schedule courses and other L&D activities - building good relationships with our trainers and understanding their needs
  • Ownership and responsibility for the quarterly planning and coordination of the Academy Offering
  • Scheduling of all Management and Development Programmes
  • Point of contact for trainers and delegates. Monitor the team mailbox and respond to general L&D queries
  • Assist internal colleagues with L&D enquiries
  • Schedule L&D activities, booking room/setting up virtual sessions and populating our L&D portal with course information

With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be adept with Excel and databases work. This would ideally suit someone with a 6-18 month background in L&D or HR who is looking to gain further knowledge in a leading employee focused culture.
