Sonic Summary

Our client, a fintech company, is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) and Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator for an initial 3-month contract.
The ideal candidate should have experience with tech LMS tools, specifically Cornerstone, and be comfortable updating modules and user guides.
Candidates should possess strong communication and writing skills, with a preference for those passionate about L&D tools and training.
Generalist HR experience with system knowledge is also acceptable.
The position offers hybrid working, along with perks such as free breakfast and lunch.

Our client a fantastic fintech would like to hire a L&D and LMS Coordinator within their talent team to cover for an initial 3 month period. This role would suit someone who is used to working with tech LMS tools this one is Cornerstone and is happy updating modules on the system, updating user Guides and managing any issues with the systems.

You will need to be happy with tech platforms and the ability to triage issues. A passion for L&D tools and training would be great, although a generalist HR with systems would be OK too.

Need fantastic communication and writing skills. Hybrid working in a great office with free breakfast and lunch!
