Team Leader - Document Review Lawyer

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Document Review Lawyer to join our client on an ongoing temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of document review lawyers, ensuring quality and accuracy in all reviews, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role will have a particular focus on projects in the US, and will therefore have the working hours of 1pm - 10pm (UK time).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of document review lawyers in various legal projects
  • Oversee the review and analysis of legal documents for relevance and privilege
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reviewed documents
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments
