- Distribute minutes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven experience as a minute taker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to attend meetings on an adhoc basis.
- Availability for both in-person and virtual meetings via Teams.
