About the Role:
Breyer - Home Group is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team, carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repairs in occupied social housing properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with social housing experience who are looking to contribute to the upkeep of homes across North London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake general multi-trade repairs across a range of social housing properties.
- Perform maintenance tasks in occupied homes, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with company policies.
- Work efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to residents and ensure the safety and cleanliness of work areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multi-trade repairs within social housing.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Full UK driving license and your own standard tools (where applicable).
Salary and Benefits:
- 20 per hour umbrella/CIS.
- 42.5 hours per week paid (with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break each day).
