My client is seeking a part-time candidate with a solid EA/Operations background to join their team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team and directors, providing vital operational oversight to support business growth.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations or EA role, preferably with property management exposure.
The role offers an attractive salary of up to £50k FTE, along with a generous benefits package and flexible working arrangements.

My client are looking for a part time candidate with a solid EA/Operations background to come and join their team! The successful candidate will work closely with the team and directors, providing vital operational oversight while contributing to business growth. This position requires a candidate with 3+ years' experience in an operations or EA role, ideally with property management exposure (though this is not essential). You will be required to work twice a week in the Fulham office, with flexibility available, and the role offers an attractive salary up to £50k FTE, along with a generous benefits package.Key Responsibilities:

Team Oversight: Manage housing and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operations.
Rent & Compliance: Oversee rent collection, void management, and property compliance.
KPI & Team Growth: Work with the board on KPIs and support team development.
Business Expansion: Assist with property acquisitions and growth strategies.
Director Support: Provide general operational support to the directors.
