About The RoleOverall Purpose of the RoleTo ensure that a quality service is provided to the client. To maintain a high standard of cleaning to all office areas of Allen & Overy.Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
- Ensure that you observe and follow Strand and Allen & Overy site rules and regulations at all times.
- Respond immediately to any customer complaints as they occur and inform your Line Manager of any actions taken or needed as required.
- Advise and discuss any areas of concern that may affect the quality of service being provided by Strand.
- Ensure tasks and help desk ticket works are completed to the correct standard and timescale and called to Administrator to close.
- Carry out any administrative duties as laid down by the company.
- To know the work schedule and understand the Service Level Agreement
- Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are known and strictly adhered to at all times and ensure all PPE issued to you is worn.
Educational LevelGood command of English.Professional Qualifications
- 1 day IOSHH - Working Safely course.
- NVQ 1 or above in Cleaning
- NVQ Level 1 in Customer Care
ExperienceThis position would suit a hard working team player, who takes pride in their work and appearance, capable of showing initiative and is able to think on their feet. Would suit working in a dynamic, creative and highly energised environment.Personal Characteristics/Attributes for the role
- To be able to achieve standards and targets within given time scales.
- A general understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
- You should be able to demonstrate a sound level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate a degree of judgement and discretion when assessing information and issues.
- Produces quality work within the agreed working timescale with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Is a team player who shows enthusiasm and can use their own initiative.
- Someone who is self motivated with an eye for attention to detail.
- To be able to direct and motivate a dedicated multiracial workforce, ensuring standards and targets are fully achieved within given time scales.
