The Role:
As our Powered HCM practice grows, we are seeking Oracle HCM Process Leads with experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically within Compensation and Benefits. This role involves:
- Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and product options.
- Leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
- Building and maintaining lasting client relationships and actively expanding your network to meet client needs.
- Providing well-thought-out solutions to moderately complex problems.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred SC Clearance.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Well-developed analytical skills to clarify complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- Experience in a functional role within a business or systems delivery environment.
- Proficiency in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational skills.
- Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
- Experience working effectively with client functional team representatives.
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguous situations.
