Oracle HCM Process Lead - Oracle HCM Reward Consultant (Payroll / Compensation / Benefits)

The Role:

As our Powered HCM practice grows, we are seeking Oracle HCM Process Leads with experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically within Compensation and Benefits. This role involves:

  • Developing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and product options.
  • Leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with large groups.
  • Building and maintaining lasting client relationships and actively expanding your network to meet client needs.
  • Providing well-thought-out solutions to moderately complex problems.
The Person:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong commercial acumen and a drive to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred SC Clearance.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills to clarify complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
  • Experience in a functional role within a business or systems delivery environment.
  • Proficiency in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational skills.
  • Awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Experience working effectively with client functional team representatives.
  • A self-starter attitude and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguous situations.
