Description

We are seeking an Oracle HR Functional Lead to join a high-impact transformation programme. This role will play a key part in shaping and supporting workforce solutions that enhance people and system processes across the organisation.

You will bring subject matter expertise in Oracle HR Cloud and ideally Strategic Workforce Planning/EPM, working closely with planning, technology, and business teams to align workforce strategies with programme goals.

  • Provide expert guidance on workforce solutions, supporting architectural and technical development.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning teams to document and analyse workforce modelling, forecasting, and talent gap identification.
  • Offer insight into business-as-usual (BAU) changes and ensure alignment with strategic programme objectives.
  • Support the creation of workforce reporting solutions tailored to functional and customer needs.
  • Develop strong relationships across the organisation and other stakeholder groups.
  • Engage with external consultants and suppliers on People process improvements and solution delivery.
  • Improve integration and stabilisation of Workforce Applications and cross-functional systems.
  • Drive workforce system change and transformation within complex environments.
  • Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary Agile teams.

Profile

The successful Oracle HR Functional Lead will have the following:

  • Proven experience with Oracle HR Cloud is essential.
  • Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate within a fast-paced, Agile, and complex transformation environment.

Job Offer

Competitive day rate paying between £650 - £700 dependent on experience

3 days minimum on-site

Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.00pm
