Are you an organised, detail-oriented administrator with a passion for supporting grants and funded activities? We’re looking for an Enterprise Officer to join our temp team and make an impact in the world of internal funding grants!

THE ROLE

As part of the dynamic Enterprise Services team, you will support financial and operational administration for internal funding grants. From pre-award costing and bid submission to post-award monitoring and forecasting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of funded activities.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Develop and support internal faculty bids
  • Assist academic staff with bid preparation and costings
  • Manage project finances, monitor budgets, and take corrective action when needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve systems
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and financial reporting

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Proven experience in supporting grants and/or project administration
  • Previous experience in the Higher Education sector
  • Strong numeracy skills and financial administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
