PA/OM – PART TIME£20 p/h ASAP Start6-month A fantastic opportunity arose with my client, an advisory firm in their London office. They are looking for a proactive and motivated PA to join their team on this temp cover and provide to the senior team. This is a part-time position which requires you to be in the office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Typical hours are 8:30 am – 6 pm with flexibility if needed. What you'll do:
  • Support 3 Partners and COO.
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Draft and develop client pitch documents, incorporating new ideas, graphics, and data, collaborating closely with the team.
  • Lead drafting of Compensation Reports, structuring documentation and managing data input throughout projects.
  • Proofread documents and reports before approval, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reporting, including internal management presentations and client presentations.
  • Organise team events and socials.
Who you are:
  • Superb interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and database software (Bullhorn experience preferred).
  • Maintain and update internal databases and produce documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
