A historic membership organisation based in Holborn is seeking a Part-Time Administrator, paying up to £30,000 pro rata plus extensive benefits, to help support the central Secretariat Team.

The position will be working 21 hours and will be based on-site in the office close to Holborn station, this will be split over 3 days ideally Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Duties will include the following:

  • Receive and interact with visitors.
  • UK and overseas travel booking
  • Typing of business emails and letters.
  • Manage and distribute incoming post appropriately to the correct team
  • Diary management including booking dining requirements and arranging refreshments for meetings
  • Complete expense process for Members
  • Raise purchase orders and submit invoices as and when required for the department
  • Support Board and Committee in getting the papers collated and sent out in a timely manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will come from a support background and will be now looking for more reduced hours. You will have excellent administration skills, having experience managing multiple deadlines and working with accuracy. A team player, you will enjoy being that go to person for a team. Great communications skills as you will be liaising with other members of staff, your team as well as external visitors and members.
