- Meeting and greeting all guests
- Work closely with the Office Manager to support on various business requests
- Arrange refreshments
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Meeting room management
- Organise couriers/taxis and managing post
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Good MS office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A positive and proactive approach
