We require a DV cleared PMO Analyst to cover an existing workload within Counter Terrorism Policing, based in Empress State Building (Full-time Monday to Friday office based).

This is an interim position for an initial 6-12 months with the potential to be extended, dependent on workload.

MUST HAVE ACTIVE DV LEVEL CLEARANCE IN ORDER TO APPLY!

Job Purpose:

  • Role requirements: The candidate must be flexible, organized, and detail-oriented with Prince2 accreditation or significant project experience. They should be able to perform secretariat functions, including taking notes and completing RAID logs.
  • Working Hours: Standard working hours are required (9:00 to 5:00 or 8:00 to 4:00).
  • The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of proactive support to the project and/or programme manager(s) and team, to enable the delivery of change across the full project lifecycle.

Skills and experience needed to be successful in this role:

  • MUST HAVE ACTIVE DV LEVEL CLEARANCE IN ORDER TO APPLY!
  • Strong project experience is essential.
  • Public sector experience is preferred.
  • RAID log management.
  • Use of Portfolio Office templates.
  • Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word / Microsoft PowerPoint / Microsoft Project / Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Management and status reporting.        
  • Action tracking & management. 
  • PPM reporting data collection & analysis.
  • Minute taking.  
  • Candidates should provide strong examples of their previous work during interview stage especially.
  • Security Clearance: DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is mandatory.
  • Candidates must have active DV clearance and be able to work in the office five days a week.
