Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and reliable Premises Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a primary school in Islington. The ideal candidate will have experience in minor repairs, maintenance, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the school premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks across the school, including plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building to ensure everything is in good working order.
  • Oversee the security and safety of the school premises, including opening and closing the building as required.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers for any larger maintenance or repair projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the school staff with any premises-related issues.

Key Skills & Experience:
