Project HR Support - Temp 4-6 weeks Based in Kensington 4 days a week and Fridays from Home £18-20an Hour  Who will you be working for?Our Client is a wonderful, well known and innovative and that promotes the arts and other creative outlets.What will you be doing?Our client is in the process of implementing a new pay structure. In preparation, is it is necessary for all job descriptions to be up to date and to accurately reflect the responsibilities of the role. Additionally, the Job Descriptions (JD) are currently in a variety of formats so there is the need for them transferred into a newly created template.Working from a ‘master’ list of all individual roles, take each role in turn and transfer to the new JD template. For each role, this will involve:
  • Inserting the relevant departments mission statement
  • Producing, from the information provided in the existing JD:
    • A short summary statement outlining the role
    • A list of key accountabilities grouped together with key deliverables for each
    • Populating the ‘essential’ and ‘desirable’ criteria with respect to the role’s required experience/knowledge/skills and abilities
    • Proofreading the finalised version with respect to spelling and grammar and ensuring that the format is consistent with that as shown in the template version.
  • Once each role is transferred, making the relevant People Partner aware so that they can sense check before the new version is saved centrally, ready to be shared with the relevant Head of Department.
  • Due to the nature of the assignment, you will need to confident to hit the ground running
  • Prior experience of working on a job evaluation project
  • Demonstrable experience of drafting JD’s
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
