Receptionist and Admin Officer

This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our school, ensuring that both staff and students have the best environment for teaching and learning. Located in Balham with excellent transport links.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work alongside the Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of school support services.
- Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day school support services.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle financial processes related to school operations.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, maintaining a proactive and organised approach.
- Engage with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of financial processes within a school or similar environment.
- Enthusiasm for working in an educational setting and contributing positively to the school community.
