Berry Recruitment located in Hendon are looking for a committed individual who is keen to join their team on a temp to perm basis. the role is 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday. applicant must have experience in administration.

As a recruitment PA you will be vital to the smooth running of the office and an invaluable team member!

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Managing all administration
* Maintaining Spreadsheets
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries
* Registering candidates and ensuring all right-to-work checks and documents are attained.
* Requesting references and chasing when necessary
* Uploading new vacancies onto various job boards
* Maintaining the filing system
* using CRM systems
* Helping resource candidates for live vacancies
* Greeting candidates arriving for registration and explaining compliance paperwork

Ideally candidates for this role will need to be available asap.
