- Provide administrative support to customers, answering telephones, responding to emails, processing post and other communication channels as appropriate.
- Provide financial advice to customers on their account status and payment options, including taking card payments and setting up Direct Debt mandates.
- Provide administrative system support to the Commercial Waste team, processing digital and analogue documents, accurately inputting information into a variety of databases, maintaining accurate records, managing precise digital and analogue filing and retrieval processes.
- Providing accurate notifications for all new, amended, and cancelled services, monitoring and reconciling completed work tasks, reviewing service exemptions, and resolving customer service issues and complaints.
- Check daily exemptions reports raised by the waste contractor and missed collections raised by the customers.
- Issue, record, maintain and file annual Waste Transfer Notices to all customers, ensuring compliance with Environment Protection Act 1990.
- Previous administration experience within Waste management
- Competent in all MS Office Packages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer Service skills
