Our client, a reputable Property Management company located in Central London, is seeking a dedicated Permanent Sales Ledger and Credit Control (Part-time) professional to join their Finance Team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection of rent and service charge arrears while maintaining precise financial records within tenant ledgers. Your role will involve processing incoming payments, communicating with tenants regarding their accounts, and collaborating with the lettings team for efficient management of tenant payments.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a credit controller role
  • At least 1 year of experience in the property sector
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
