Salesforce Lead needed in Central London Paying  £158.62 per day ref 437090

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Annual IT Audit for Salesforce and ensuring compliance year-round

  • Developing and implementing GDPR and data retention best practices

  • Acting as the primary contact for Salesforce technical support

  • Leading development plans for Salesforce as a CRM system

  • Supporting the Charity's Social Investment workstreams

  • Collaborating with the Data Analyst to document roles and ensure consistent data updates

  • Training and developing team members on Salesforce

  • Creating and maintaining user guides and process maps

  • Resolving grantee queries on the online portal

  • Gathering requirements and implementing Salesforce process improvements

  • Updating online grant application and monitoring forms

  • Enhancing and maintaining Salesforce processes, automations, and customizations

  • Managing user accounts and permissions

  • Preparing and responding to information/data requests

  • Implementing outcomes from the End-to-End Review of grant making processes

  • Developing effective working relationships with stakeholders and applying best practices

  • Supporting the procurement process for CRM software contract renewal

  • Implementing health and safety and equal opportunity policies
