Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the Annual IT Audit for Salesforce and ensuring compliance year-round

Developing and implementing GDPR and data retention best practices

Acting as the primary contact for Salesforce technical support

Leading development plans for Salesforce as a CRM system

Supporting the Charity's Social Investment workstreams
-
Collaborating with the Data Analyst to document roles and ensure consistent data updates
-
Training and developing team members on Salesforce
-
Creating and maintaining user guides and process maps
-
Resolving grantee queries on the online portal
-
Gathering requirements and implementing Salesforce process improvements
-
Updating online grant application and monitoring forms
-
Enhancing and maintaining Salesforce processes, automations, and customizations
-
Managing user accounts and permissions
-
Preparing and responding to information/data requests
-
Implementing outcomes from the End-to-End Review of grant making processes
-
Developing effective working relationships with stakeholders and applying best practices
-
Supporting the procurement process for CRM software contract renewal
-
