We are seeking an experienced Scheduler for a full-time, office-based role in social care. This position requires immediate availability and offers an ongoing temporary booking. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders, maintaining electronic data and records, and working within a pressurised environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Inputting and maintaining accurate electronic data and records.
  • Managing complex schedules with multiple stakeholders.
  • Using a dynamic resource scheduling system and other applications relevant to the post, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Prioritising and organising conflicting workloads in a pressurised environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience within a similar Scheduler role, ideally in social care or a related field.
  • Experience of using a dynamic resource scheduling system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to liaise and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing conflicting workloads.
