Who You Are:

We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in administrative roles, possessing exceptional communication and organisational skills. A confident and professional manner in handling telephone inquiries is a must, along with a solid grasp of IT skills. While previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, it's not mandatory. Knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom would be beneficial but isn't essential.

Your Responsibilities:

As a School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our team by: -

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for both staff and students
  • Updating and maintaining pupil records through the school's ICT system
  • Offering routine clerical support to school personnel
  • Generating documents, standard letters, and forms
  • Managing telephone inquiries with professionalism
  • Conducting general office administration tasks
