This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in school administration and a strong understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) such as SIMS.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's MIS (SIMS or similar) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff.
  • Handle enquiries from parents, students, and external agencies.
  • Assist with the organisation of school events and activities.
  • Maintain student attendance records and produce reports as required.
  • Support the admissions process and manage student data.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar school administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using SIMS or other MIS.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • A valid DBS check is essential.
