School Caretaker - Secondary School

School Caretaker - As soon as possible

Tempest Resourcing are working with a Secondary School in Lewisham who are looking for a School Caretaker to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis beginning with them as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Health and Safety within a School Environment
Knowledge around regarding fire alarms, drills and weekly testing
Key holder
Strong maintenance knowledge

Required skills and experience:

Previous maintenance experience
Understanding of a School environment
Full right to work in the UK
Be able to build positive relationship with staff
Be proactive, have good time management and organisational skills
