Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the school. Duties may include:

- SIMS Administrator: Managing and updating pupil data, generating reports, and supporting with admissions and attendance systems.- Finance Officer: Assisting with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring efficient use of resources.- School Business Manager: Overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the school, ensuring compliance with regulations.- HR Officer: Supporting the recruitment, training, and well-being of staff, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring HR policies are followed.Desired Skills & Qualifications- Relevant experience in a school or educational setting is essential- Strong organisational and communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems (e.g., SIMS) is highly desirable.- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the school.This school values diversity and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
