A leading fashion institute is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to support a Director.
The ideal candidate should have several years of Senior EA experience in a Fashion or Creative environment.
This position is based in East London, requiring in-office work five days a week from 9am to 5:30pm.
Key responsibilities include diary management, event planning, organizing meetings and agendas, and making travel arrangements.
Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage incoming correspondence and liaise with senior staff.

This role will be based 5 days in the office in East London, 9am to 5:30pm.

Duties will include:

You will be excellent at planning and prioritising your workload with excellent organisational skills.

The EA will have outstanding communication skills and be able to process incoming mail and email as well as directly lasing with Senior Staff members.
