I am looking to recruit a seasoned building services estimating professional:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Submission of Mechanical Tenders
- Ensuring all deadlines are met
- Liaising with clients & contractors
- Variations
- Procurement
- Finalise tender bids
- Secure contracts
- Handovers
- Understand and scrutinise Sub-Contractor quotations
- Measuring and take offs for materials and labour
Candidate requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working within an M&E Contractor
- Relevant qualifications
