Freelance Senior QS required for immediate start on major new build residential project in SE London

I have an urgent requirement for one of my key main contractor clients, on one of their major urban redevelopment projects, this particular phase consists of 300+ units, mostly apartments with some houses.

They need a strong and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance / temp basis for a minimum of 6 months, to close out internal trade packages to final account, including drylining, decorating etc.

You must have a main contracting background having worked on large new build residential schemes previously, whether for a contractor or developer and be strong both commercially and contractually to find value in the accounts and make money for the client.

This role is available on a freelance basis initially, with the potential for temp-to-perm.

To apply, or for more info, please contact Micah Evans.
