Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Setting Out Engineer to join our team for multiple projects within the M25. Current sites requiring setting out include Kensington, Fulham, Byfleet, and Beckton, with more locations expected in the near future.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate setting out for construction projects.

  • Collaborate with site management and other team members to ensure precise execution of plans.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and setting out data.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and setting out techniques.

  • Proficiency in using setting out equipment and software.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional and presentable appearance.

Role Details:

  • The role will initially be 5 days a week but may fluctuate to as few as 2 days per week based on project requirements.
