Issue reports to different functions/management as requested and ensure they are recorded in the appropriate communication channel (e.g., KPIs of the role and petty cash management).

Client Engagement:

Provide a warm welcome to potential clients when no Kitchen Designer is present or available.

Ensure conversations align with company brand guidelines and support the onward client journey.
