About the role:
The Site Manager role will be overseeing high-value passive fire protection projects delivered to FIRAS standardswith a focus on a London based hotel refubishment project worth circa. 11 millionwith 70% of the work focused on fire doors and 30% focused on fire stopping across multiple hotel sites.
Following the completion of this project, the Site Manager will then be reassigned to a new fire protection project in London and the surrounding areas. Because of this, the successful candidate will need to be willing to travel out of London in the future.
The ideal candidate:
- Extensive passive fire protection knowledge including technical expertise on fire door compliance
- Proven experience working on high-value projects
- Confident leading on-site teams and liaising with clients
- Excellent IT and reporting skills
Qualifications/certificates:
As the number one Site Manager on site, it is important to hold a SSSTS / SMSTS or equivalent.
Passive fire qualifications including, but not limited to:
- NVQ L2 in Passive Fire Protection
- Valid FIRAS assessments or certification from other third-party certification bodies
- Fire door / stopping inspection qualifications
