?? Our client, a leading organisation in the membership industry, is seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Officer to support their team for a temporary period of three months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-focused role, working with warm leads to secure sponsorship contracts. ??
?? Organisation: Membership/Not-for-profit Industry
?? Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months
?? Hourly rate: £22-£25
? Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid
�? Location: Closest stations are Holborn & Chancery Lane
??Key Responsibilities:??
- Manage inbound sponsorship and exhibition queries ??
- Contact previous sponsors to secure repeat business ??
- Convert warm leads provided by our client's stakeholders into confirmed sponsorship contracts ??
- Raise invoices related to sponsorship and exhibition activities ??
- Follow up with sponsors and exhibition partners to ensure timely payment ??
- Work on contract administration using Adobe Sign ??
- Conduct sponsor surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement ??
- Maintain internal spreadsheets to track the sponsorship pipeline ??
- Manage and organise data related to sponsorship activities ??
- Support overall sales pipeline management ??
- Collaborate with the team to hand over secured contracts for delivery ???
??Key Experience and Skills:??
- Previous sales experience
- Previous role in not-for-profit/charity/membership environment �?
- Ability to effectively manage warm leads ??
- Proven experience in securing repeat business ??
- Strong ability to close a sale ??
- Confident and capable of holding meetings and negotiating with potential sponsors ??
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset ?
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients ??
