- Working Hours: Shift patterns Monday to Friday
What You'll Do:
- Support individuals in their journey to independence, providing tailored advice and assistance.
- Facilitate access to services, resources, and opportunities that enhance personal and professional growth.
- Monitor and assess progress, offering ongoing guidance and support.
- Being based at the hostels in Brent on a shift pattern basis
- Work collaboratively with a network of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in need.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and supportive nature.
- Experience in a social care, support, or community-focused role (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
