I am excited to be working alongside a London based community organisation in search of a temporary Supporter Relations Officer. This is an immediate start, part-time (3 day week) London based hybrid role for 2 – 3-months. As Supporter Relations Officer your role will be to ensure all supporters receive an excellent experience in the short term as well as laying the foundations for an Individual Giving programme.

Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure all supporters are thanked in a timely and appropriate manner using email, letters and phone calls.

Handling supporter queries, processing donations and thank you letters.

Ensuring all donations are recorded accurately on the supporter database, Beacon.

To manage the supporter email inbox.

To retain and manage information needed for contact & relationship management using the CRM.

Capture process information and draft user guides for excellent Supporter Relationship management, thanking and recording on Beacon.
