Talent Acquisition Sourcer, London (Canary Wharf), Financial Services, £345 Day Rate Umbrella, 6-month contractYour new companyWorking for an international Tier 1 bank, working within their talent sourcing team of 12. This role will be to build out talent pipelines in the external market to support internal talent acquisition teams with requisitions, i.e. high volume of number / niche skill set. There are 2 vacancies, a talent sourcer for Gen AI or Front Office. You will have to be an expert at finding talent and building out talent pools through methods such as social media (LinkedIn), working with external agencies. Your new role
- Building talent pipelines to support wider talent teams with niche skill sets
- Supporting business with data and market insights to allow for stakeholder management and expectations
- Support with high volume of roles for projects
- Engaging and endorsing the bank's brand with the external market
- Delivery of excellent candidate experience and build internal stakeholder relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- Experienced in candidate sourcing, with great understanding of skill set required, qualifications and standard of candidate calibre
- Ability to assess and interview skills and suitability
- Experience in Gen AI / Tech hiring OR Front Office is essential
- Stakeholder engagement and management, have excellent standards of verbal and written communication with the desire to build up stakeholder relationships.
