Team EA, 3 Month temp booking initially, Advisory Firm, London, hybrid working, £16.80-£19.20 per hour plus holiday accrual

Successful advisory with International offices is looking for an exceptional team EA to support 4 busy Executives. Working from their London office this is a great opportunity to work with colleagues who appreciate your efforts. This is a 3 month temporary position, paid on an hourly rate basis to start ASAP and is hybrid working. Core hours are 9:00am-6:00pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage Executives’ inboxes and calendars
  • Prioritise correspondence, managing communications between executives, employees, and external contacts
  • Coordinate meetings, across time zones regularly
  • Prepare executives ahead of meetings
  • Act as first point of contact for senior executives
  • Assist with travel arrangements, managing complex itineraries efficiently

Experience needed:

  • Senior level PA experience with an enjoyment of being a key player in a team
  • Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Extremely accurate touch typing (50+ wpm)
  • Excellent proof-reading skills
  • Highly organised and methodical
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with staff and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
