Team Leader - Digital Telecare Implementation

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee a small team of installers and schedulers responsible for the rollout of digital telecare devices to existing community users. This role is a fixed-term position for up to 18 months, ensuring the removal of approximately 2,500 analogue devices and their replacement with smart digital technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering excellent customer service, particularly to vulnerable individuals, and will possess a strong aptitude for technology. Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential, as the role requires guiding a team through the efficient scheduling and installation of devices while maintaining high service standards.
