Duties:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management for CEO's and senior executives.
  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors to the building, ensuring they are catered to.
  • Arranging travel including flight and train bookings and arranging schedules where necessary.
  • Support the accounts team with invoicing and expenses where required.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepped with refreshments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a previous role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
