Sonic Summary

The Arts Centre in the West End is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant (EA) to support the COO.
The position offers a pay rate of £18.50 per hour and requires a commitment of 37 hours per week.
This temporary role is expected to last for up to three months, depending on business needs.
Candidates should possess strong secretarial skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and spreadsheets, along with experience in board pack support.
The EA will also serve as the point of contact for communications, record meetings if needed, and assist with research and data organization for senior management.

We are currently looking for a Temp EA to join an Arts Centre located in the West End. This role is starting immediately and paying £18.50 hour, working 37 hours a week. This position is supporting the workload for up to three months depending on business needs.
