Sonic Summary

PMR is seeking temporary concierges to work with luxury residential buildings across London.
Candidates should have experience in concierge, porter, customer service, or hospitality.
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, key and parcel handling, and maintaining communication with the Building Manager.
Strong administrative skills and a positive, well-presented demeanor are essential for success in this position.
While specific salary details are not provided, experience in hospitality or residential developments is desirable.

Duties:

Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
Patrols
Key handling
Parcel handling
Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
Looking smart and well presented at all times
Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
Maintain regular and effective communication with the Building Manager/team members

The successful person must have strong administrational skills outstanding customer service skills. Experience within hospitality/residential developments is desirable.
